Abstracts must be sent to seminar local convenor email@example.com by 30 March 2017. Please include information in the e-mail if you give preference for oral or poster presentation.
Abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance by a scientific committee, and authors will be notified by 21 April 2017 whether their abstract has been accepted. Submitted abstracts will be printed in the book of abstracts handed out to participants during the meeting.
Instructions for abstracts
Abstracts should contain the following information: title (bold); Name(s) of the author(s) — underline the presenting author; Institution(s); Address and email; Text of abstract (no more than 1500 characters, including spaces); Keywords. The abstract must state the aim, time and place of the work, methods in short and the results. The font must be Times New Roman, 12 points, with single spacing.
Publications in IOBC-WPRS Bulletin
The authors of accepted abstracts will be expected to prepare and submit online a full manuscript or a two-page extended abstract, two months after the workshop (30 August 2017). After editing, the manuscripts or extended abstracts will be published in an IOBC-WPRS Bulletin. Delegates who are not members of IOBC-WPRS will have one year membership of IOBC on registration. The proceedings published in the IOBC-WPRS Bulletin will be available online only for IOBC-WPRS members. Instructions to authors for the Bulletin manuscripts are available on the IOBC-WPRS
